Pathology....Heaven for Women..Or...Disgrace for Men...

As days progress, women in large numbers nationwide now out-earn their husbands. It is inevitable, really. With women taking less time out from careers to raise children, with more women choosing careers that only a few years ago were the province of men, better jobs and better money have become available to them.
I am not against women earning more..no no..
But..is it good for the male-psyche?
Most of the Female-pathologists you ask are either dating/married to a Neuro-surgeon/Oncologist/or some other "flamboyant" branch in terms of social milieus. It is statistics like this that have re-defined this respectable branch as a disgrace for males to follow.
My extremists views might be radical enough for some to comprehend the truths of my words, but these are emotions I have experienced. Even after accepting the branch of one's choice, he is forced to live in submission, just because of the reason that it is a Female dominated field, and as per public paradigms, a guy ought to turn-out better than his girl. But the question arises again, who decides which field is best? Monetary gains? Extravagance of the profession? But, in this so called 'Idealistic' world, who asks what he really wants?
So, should one bow down to these dullard opinions? Hell no..
Do what YOU like, try pleasing YOURSELF, none other. Because this life is short, you cannot please everyone.
Judy Garland  has very aptly said - "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."

Counselling tomorrow...Lets see what happens

Tomorrow will decide whether I get to practice at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad or Gujrat Cancer Research Institute(GCRI)....
Actually dont know what I want because training at GCRI is restricted to OncoPathology (Cancer Pathology)
and Civil Hospital will result in all-round knowledge enrichment..
But then again OncoPathology fetches the maximum money, out of all the Pathology sub-specialities...

I guess I will find out what I choose tomorrow itself...
All the Best to me...
